Applies to accounts and applications created in the Verivault applicant portal.
Using this portal
The Verivault applicant portal exists so you can submit and track a pre-employment background check application. Use it only for that purpose and only for yourself.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Confirm your email address to activate the account, and let the screening administrator know if you suspect unauthorized access.
Accuracy of your information
You agree that the information and documents you submit are true, current, and your own. Inaccurate or falsified submissions may result in a screening being declined.
Consent to screening
By submitting an application you confirm you have authorized the requesting employer to obtain a background check, and that you understand the results will be shared with them.
Availability
We aim to keep the portal available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and factors outside our control may cause temporary interruptions.
Limitation of liability
The portal is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the portal.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page.
